Highest time to ask for a refund of VAT paid abroad
The time is right now for the Czech VAT payers to decide
whether to ask for a refund of VAT paid in another EU country in 2007.
And of course the other way round; businessmen from other EU countries
(VAT payers registered in other EU countries) can ask for a refund of
VAT paid in the Czech Republic. The request for the refund must be filed
by 30 June 2008, the deadline is the same throughout the EU.
