Dear clients,

We are happy to inform you that the President of Ukraine suspended:

- Decrees of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Nr. 757 and 838, which concerned innovations in VAT-reflection;

- Decrees of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Nr. 895, which concerned innovations in accounting of exchange rate differences for income taxation.

Also the President of Ukraine filed a new constitutional pleading to the Constitutional Court of Ukraine that such documents of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine do not correspond to the Constitution and the Ukrainian legislation.
